Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Communications from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and a Ph.D. in Latin American History from the Pablo de Olavide University (UPO). His background encompasses leadership roles in public and private educational institutions nationwide.

Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. He was appointed Eminent Engineer of Latin America by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers for his contribution to research and training of human resources in microelectronics.

BA in Linguistics and Literature and MA in Communications from PUCP. She has worked in the book sector for more than thirty years and has been director of the Fondo Editorial since 2006.
